PCA also offers RoHS-compliant builds upon request. This means builds with components using less than 0.1% each of:

• Lead
• Mercury
• Cadmium (maximum of 0.01% permitted)
• Hexavalent chromium
• Polybrominated biphenyls
• Polybrominated diphenyl ether

The RoHS directive took effect on July 1, 2006, and applies to all electrical equipment shipped in and out of the European Union.
